Moving to Spain opened him up to a new world of western music and he effortlessly braids the music his desert roots with the duende and melancholy of Spanish music. His GhostlyCast traverses an expanse of genres, skipping and twisting like a whirling wind across open sand and over open ocean. Stop at any given point in its two hour span, and you could find yourself soaked in Balearic sunshine, lost in the meditative turnings of folk samples, or being shepherded along by hazy, bubbling acid bass lines. The vast space of the horizon swallows each echoing note as the mix pulls you into the deeper heart of the desert.
